How do you price a painting job?
We don't give napkin numbers or guess over the phone. We walk the job in daylight, look at the substrate and the prep needed, and provide a detailed, written scope of work so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Do you repair rotten wood, or do I need to hire a carpenter first?
We handle rotten wood replacement as part of the prep. If we find failed fascia, window sills, or clapboard, we cut it out, fit new wood, prime, and paint it in one job so you don't have to hire a second trade.
Do I need to move my furniture before you paint?
We ask that you move small items and breakables. Our crew will move heavy furniture to the center of the room and cover it with clean plastic and drop cloths to protect everything while we work.
What kind of paint do you use?
We use premium products matched specifically to the surface. For interiors, we can use low-VOC systems. For exteriors, we use coatings designed to withstand the harsh freeze-thaw cycles of the Upper Valley.
